Continuing our Heroes of Sci-Fi
We are thrilled to announce that the Hero of Sci-Fi that has been selected for 2024’s KublaCon is none other than, Ahsoka Tano!
Possibly the greatest of all Jedi, Ahsoka captured the hearts of fans in Star Wars: The Clone Wars as the affable Apprentice to General Anakin Skywalker. Snips, as Anakin called her, grew into her own as a Commander in the Republic’s Army. Now the star of her own Disney+ show, Ahsoka proves that she has what it takes to keep the Galaxy Far, Far Away safe and secure. 20th Anniversary COVID Memorial Kubla Pin
We still have our official 20th Anniversary convention COVID Memorial pins for sale.
To commemorate and memorialize the absence of KublaCon of 2020 and 2021, two (2) very special double-sized pins were created for our attendees.
The first is a full-color COVID Memorial Kubla Pin whose proceeds will help KublaCon recover from the past two years. The second is a raised relief antique brass pin with a slightly different design. This design’s proceeds are going to help the many frontline workers that helped everyone get through the pandemic.

This is the home for outdoor daytime events at KublaCon. Check the schedule for more details.
Teen Room
A safe space for kids 13 to 19 to unwind, relax and play some games with peers and some adults. Whether you are into roleplaying, boardgames or cards games…you will find it here. Come join us for some great teen FUN!
Young Player Room
A place where children and their parents can come have fun play games and enjoy the safe space and terrific staff that help ensure that children 5 to 12 have just ask much fun at KublaCon as any other adult attendee.
Open Gaming Tent Pavillion
Home to the KublaCon live auction and open gaming overflow. In 2022, KublaCon is excited to welcome the folks at The Gooey Cube who will be hosting the Great Gooey KublaCon Give-a-way Game Show and live stream event! Check back later for more details on this awesome attendee interactive event.
Roleplaying Games
Every year KublaCon hosts over 200 RPGs in private game rooms throughout the weekend. All game genres are covered like Dungeons & Dragons ®, Cyberpunk ®, Vampire: The Masquerade ®, Delta Green ®, Call of Cthulhu ®, Champions ®, and Savage Worlds ® you can find it all at KublaCon!
Historical Board Games
These events are games based on historical events throughout time. Since these games take a lot more concentration that the average Euro or American boardgame; we set aside quiet space up on the hotel’s 9th floor for the Historical enthusiasts.

Looking for an evening out with that special someone or just want to treat yourself to some culinary delights; check out the 3SIXTY Bistro. Are you a Manhattan aficionado or a Jack & Coke kind of human; well step on up to the 3SIXTY Bar for some of the best mixology on the Peninsula!
Grand Foyer Events
This is the home to some of KublaCon’s most famous special events! Giant Shadows Over Camelot, Giant Pirate’s Cove, Giant NUMB3R 9, Giant Catan, Giant King of Tokyo and the Catan Tournament Final Table. You will find all that makes KublaCon truly magical in the Grand Foyer!

Game Schedule
The schedule will be continually added to as game submissions are approved and processed. The game schedule is interactive on both mobile phones and tablets. Access the date, time and location of an event at your fingertips. Check the schedule for more details.
Seminars
Whether it is an industry professional or a celebrity, you will find a plethora of Seminars in the event schedule each year.
Blood Drive
For the past decade, KublaCon has hosted the Blood Mobile and hundreds of attendees just like you have helped save lives by giving the gift of donor plasma.
Parking Info
We have discounted parking for KublaCon guests of $10/day at the Hyatt and Marriott. Only hotel guests will have in and out privileges with their hotel room key. Legal parking at the Hyatt is in the parking structure or valet (for a fee). At the Marriott, KublaCon parking is at the far section of the parking lot. Valet available for extra fee.
The old Theatre lot is our overflow parking. The picture below shows the area you cannot park or you risk being towed. This lot will be $10 /day. You will have a window sticker that lists your permit and your cell phone, so you will be notified if you park illegally and are towed.
Xanadu Lounge
KublaCon VIPs with Marco Polo Experience or Guide badges have access to this Premiere Suite all convention long. There are some tables set up for private gaming and on Saturday night there is a hosted mixer complete with food and beverages. This is a 21+ event. No one under 21+ admitted.
Painting Program
A weekend long offering of how-to demonstrations and painting classes as well as our famous paint-n-take sessions. Don’t forget our Painting Competition where your masterpiece could garner you a cool Kubla Bust trophy and bragging rights!
